Along with the GPRS, I’ve noticed a trend in drumming and finding good drummers.  A drummer’s skill can be directly related to how much he/she looks like Animal.  (Now before you get all bent out of shape on me, I know there are exceptions…) So, I’ve started the list with John Bonham.  Who else fits this mold?

I thought I would give you all a look at my current drum configuration.  I’ll be playing drums a lot in the coming weeks for Daniel Renstrom and I always get excited about playing around with my setup.  Zildjian and Sabian have cymbal configuration programs on their respective websites, but I have to say that Zildjian’s is a little cooler.  I do wish they both had the option to add cymbal size and brand if it differs from the native brand of the site.

Since you can’t do that on Zildjian’s website, it looks like I own all Zildjian K cymbals. I don’t. I wish I did. Unfortuntately I don’t have $1 million dollars to spend on cymbals right now…

Any drummers out there?  What set up do you play?
