<p>that&#8217;s right ladies and gentlemen. A good ol&#8217; fashioned haiku war.  Some of you may know that <a href="http://www.danielrenstrom.com" target="_blank">Daniel</a> prides himself on being able to write a clever haiku.  You may also know that <a href="http://jameschilds.wordpress.com" target="_blank">James</a> and Daniel had a haiku war a while back.  The votes are still being counted as to who won&#8230;</p>
<p>So the rules are very simple.  If you read this blog, consider yourself officially challenged to the haiku war.  I propose multiple rounds, judging by comments, and topics by comments.  (We don&#8217;t want any pre-fabricated haikus).  Simply post your haiku as a comment to this post, or on your own blog (but make sure to comment here so the judges will know that you&#8217;ve submitted a haiku for consideration)</p>
<p>Since I&#8217;m starting this war, I&#8217;ll also pick the first topic.  <a href="http://www.ncstatefair.org/2008/" target="_blank">THE FAIR</a>.</p>
